Hallo ihr Lieben, mal eine kurze Frage zu Oracle und ODBC.

Ich übergebe eine Abfrage an eine Oracle Datenbank und möchte das erhaltene Ergebnis über ODBC Abfragen. Meine Frage ist nun, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt im Vorfeld herauszufinden wie groß die Datenmenge (in MB) ist die über ODBC zurückgegeben wird.

Mit welcher Sprache machst du das denn?

Dieses Problem soll mit VB gelöst werden !!!

Na dann mach es dir doch nicht so schwer, nimm das ADO Object, dann bekommst du als Rückgabe ein Recordsetobject und kannst es vor der Verarbeitung "vermessen"
