Wie kann ich meine FA311 Netzwerkkarte unter Suse 7.1 zum laufen bringen?

In Yast2 wird kein Modul für Netgearkarten angeboten.

- Wo bekomm ich einen Treiber, äh ein Modul her?

- Ist die Netgear FA311 eigentlich mit einer anderen Karte eines anderen Herstellers kompatibel? DLink ??

Hi !

Da haste leider Pech gehabt. Hab auch schon SpeziForen im Netz

abgeklappert und statt Treibern nur Leidensgenossen gefunden.

Hab jetzt Mandrake auf meiner Kiste und alles läuft mit den RedHat-Treibern auf der Disk !

Ich hab jetzt Suse 7.3 installiert, und auf wundersame Weise erkannte Linux meine Netzwerkarte auf anhieb...

Yeah!
