Da gibt es auch irgendwo ein Beispiel und ne Anleitung, wie man sowas schreibt. Bezieht sich alles auf Anwendungsentwicklungs-Projekte. Falls Du FISI bist, dann hilft es Dir vielleicht trotzdem...

Ein Pflichtenheft ist die organisatorische und/oder technische Vorgabe zur Erstellung von Software.

Ich bin gerade bei einer Erstellung eines Pflichtenheftes. Allerdings konzentriere ich mich mehr auf das organisatorische, weil mir Programmierkenntnisse fehlen. Das heist, ist analyse, die Idee, der soll Zustand. Der Geschäftsprozess, Kosten nutzen.

Schreib mir mal Deine Erfahrungen.
