Der Bereich ist sehr umfangreich, komplex und ohne Schulung + Erfahrung nicht zu bewaehltigen (nur wenn du ne kleine db fuer spielzwecke moechtest)...

Es gibt schoene Buecher zur Thema

z.B.: Oracle umfassende Reference

Oracle 8 /9 fuer den DBA

mehrere addison-wisley taschenbuecher.

Im Web ist die http://otn.oracle.com/ nicht wegzudenken

MetaLink

oder auch mehrere Technische Foren im INet.

Auch hier habe ich schon paar erfahrene Leute gesehen.
