Hallo an alle Informatiker. Ich bräuchte eue hilfe, ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen.

Meine aufgabe ist es in diesen Tagen auf Arbeit eine Umfrage zu starten, was unser Frontendteam (Supportteam) besser machen könnte. Jetzt bräuchte ich noch mögliche Fragen die euch dazu einfallen, z.b.

Was für Probleme bestehen mit der Hilfe des Frontendteams?

Was kann besser gemacht werden?

Sollte überhaupt etwas verbessert werden?

Wie oft haben sie Kontakt mit dem Frontendteam?

Wie schnell werden Probleme behoben?

Ich bräuchte aber noch mehr solche Fragen, bitte helft mir oder sagt mir was ihr von einem Supportteam erwartet, wenn ihr Probleme habt! Thank you all! :cool:
