Hallo !!!

Einer unserer Anwender hat sich das Word 2000

so zerschossen, daß auch nach deinstallieren und neu installieren keine Menüleiste angezeigt wird.Durch herumklicken und umbennen der normal.dot hat sich daran nichts geändert. Hat jemand eine Idee wie man Word mit der Menüleiste wiederherstellen kann?
