Hi,

Ich habe noch einen alten PowerMac 4400 / 160 / 96 und möchte da gerne Linux drauf machen.

Habe aber noch keine Netzwerkkarte drin.

Weiss jemand ob ich da jede beliebige PCI Karte nehmen kann, oder muss das was spezielles sein???

Wäre für Tips sehr dankbar!

So wie ich das sehe, sollte da ein 10BaseT OnBoard vorhanden sein, schau noch mal nach!

Ansonsten hat der Rechner PCI-Steckplätze, könnte also mit jeder Mac-Kompatiblen Karte funktionieren.

Leider habe ich keine OnBoard Karte. Werde mir dann wohl wie Du gesagt hast eine einfach kaufen.
