Man soll zwar eine 134 KB herunterladen, und dann den Rest per Internet updaten (typisch MS), aber natürlich ist ne andere Lösung schon im Netz.

Auf der Startseite von http://www.help4pc.de sind Direktlinks zu den Dateien und eine kleine Anleitung vorhanden.
