Hallo!

Ich setze SuSE 6.4 ein und würde gerne meine Logitech QuickCam USB als WebCam betreiben. Leider hat SuSE 6.4 (Kernel 2.2.14) ja keine großartige USB-Unterstützung.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, meinem System das Ganze dennoch 'beizubringen'?

kannst du auch die cpia-Module finden,

aber bei Logitech-Cams siehts schwarz aus. Ich hab mir die billige Terratec Webcam gekauft und bin damit voll zufrieden (Debian Woody, 2.2.16er Kernel (USB-Backport, CPIA-Module und ReiserFS-Patch)).
