hallo ng,

ich erhalte folgende Fehlermeldung beim Zugriff von eines asp-Seite, die auf eine MYSQL-Datenbank per ODBC zugreift:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers-Fehler '80004005'

[TCX][MyODBC]Can't connect to MySQL server on '212.185.68.100' (10061)

/nun/index.asp, Zeile 102

kann mir jemand helfen?

Könnte es sein, daß die Anbindung nicht korrekt ist bzw. ODBC-Treiber für diese Anwendung noch nicht installiert ist?

das kann ich ausschließen. habe sowas auch schon öfter gemacht, allerdings noch nie in verbindung mit mysql.
