mit 'scrolling="no"' schalt ich ja die balken weg wenn das img zu groß sein sollte, gell?

Tja, was recht fix ginge:

Ein DIV-Tag um das Bild drumherum und dann das DIV per CSS positionieren, z.B. mit top:-100px;

Das sollte eigentlich gehen.
