Probleme bei Netzwerk zwischen Win95 und WinXP [Lösung]

Hallo,

ein Kumpel von mir hatte folgendes Problem: Auf Rechner1 war Win95, auf Rechner2 WinXP installiert - und das vor dem UPDATE funktionierende Netzwerk (Win95 <-> Win95) funktionierte nicht mehr.

Lösung: Auf dem Win95-Rechner musste ein Internet Explorer ab Version 5 installiert werden, damit der WinXP-Rechner mit dem Win95-Rechner kommunizieren konnte.

Danach ging alles wunderbar. :)

... wollte ich nur mal loswerden, falls jemand über die Suchen-Funktion des Board's nach der Lösung suchen sollte. ;-)
