FAT 16 bei NT in NTFS

Kann man mit einem Tool oder so FAT16, ohne WinNT zu deinstallieren, in NTFS ändern?

Nein, kann man leider nicht.

NTFS ist ein ganz anderes Filesystem als FAT und wird auch ganz anders organisiert.

Die einzige Moeglichkeit waere hierbei, eine NTFS Paritition zu erstellen, dort die Daten von der FAT16-Partition zu kopieren und dann die FAT-Partition in NTFS formatieren.
