Schreibt man die Doku eigentlich in der Gegenwart oder in der Vergangenheit?

Also entweder "danach wurde das Konzept erstellt" oder

"danach wird das Konzept erstellt".

Bin für schnelle Antworten dankbar, da ich das Projekt morgen abgeben muss!
