Hallo Leute,

mich beschäftigt eine Frage:

Wenn ich mir so ein ultraportables Notebook (z.B. Sony Vaio R600MX) kaufe, dann hat diese Geschichte einen kleinen "Haken": Das Notebook hat keine optischen Laufwerke und darüber hinaus nicht mal ein Diskettenlaufwerk.

Die Docking-Station möchte ich mir nicht kaufen.

Kann ich aber über den USB-Port booten, wenn ich daran z.B. ein externes DVD-Laufwerk hänge? Man könnte ja einmal in die Situation kommen, in der man die Windows CD einlegen muss...:D

das Bios muss Booten von USB-Zip unterstützen, dann gehts ,....

dafür geeignet ist auch eine Cool-Disk
