an welcher Stelle, ausser beim booten, kann man denn ohne Drittanbietersoftware die Taktfrequenz bei Win NT 4.0 auslesen?

in der "NT Diagnose" (Verwaltung Allgemein) unter "System" ist auch der Prozessor mit Taktfrequenz aufgelistet
