Also, wenn ich dich richtig verstehe: kommt nix von wegen Lieferungs- Zahlungs- usw-verzug?!

Wär ja SAUGUT!

naja, da wär ich mir net so sicher, bei uns hams nur gesagt das wir nach dem ALTEN RECHT geprüft werden, also möglich oder auch net.

So sicher wäre ich mir da nicht!!!! Man sollte das eigendlcih schon mal gehört haben!
