hab da ein kleines problem.

user hat einen neuen pc bekommen und ich hab dem alles eingerichtet. auch outlook und es funktioniert auch. also mails kann man verschicken usw.

ABER: an die alten mails komm ich nicht mehr ran.

oder zumindest weiß ich nicht wie.

kann da jemand helfen???

Wurden die alten Mails archiviert (in die archive.pst)?

Hat er seinen (bereits vorhandenen) Postkorb mitgenommen ? Oder wurde ein neuer erstellt ?

hab die alte datei gefunden und die neue damit ersetzt.
