Wie grenze ich mein Teilprojekt ordentlich von einem Großprojekt ab?

Zum Beispiel in meiner Problemstellung beschreibe ich doch zwangsläufig warum und wieso etwas geändert wird und da beziehe ich mich logischer weise dann auch auf das Gesamtprojekt.

Nun habe ich aber schon häufig gelesen das man sich nicht so auf das Gesamtprojekt beziehen soll.

Bei den Schnittstellen, nenne ich da auch aus dem Gesamtprojekt die beteiligten Unternehmen, welche an dem Projekt teil haben?
