Hallo!

Bin mir nicht sicher ob ich jetzt in das richtige Forum reinschreibe, aber ich versuchs mal!

Mein Problem ist, das ein User bei mir ein Problem mit dem Drucken eines Serienbriefs hat. Mit dem Drucker stimmt alles und es kann jetzt nur an was anderem liegen.

Ich habe gehört das die Software tobit Faxware Probleme mit Serienbriefen in Windows 2000 / Word 2000 machen kann.

Hat da jemand eine Idee oder so wie ich das richten kann? Oder ein Tool, das man den Serienbrief nicht lösen oder neu erstellen muss!?
