DHCP auf W2K Server autorisieren

Hi Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe auf einen W2K Server mit ADS DHCP zu laufen nun hat DHCP verliert im ADS ständig seine Autorisierung. Er lässt sich auch nicht neu autorisieren da bekomme ich die Meldung das der Server im Verzeichnissdienst schon vorhanden ist.

Egal was ich Probiere (autoriesierung löschen neu autorisieren Server entfernen neu hinzu) nix funzt.

In den Eventlogs sind keine besonderen Fehler zu finden.

Habe sogar zweiten DHCP Server eingerichtet abeer auch der will sich im ADS nicht autorisieren lassen.

Wäre toll wenn einer eine Idee hat
