Fehlermeldung bei der Installation der Soundkarte VIA AC97 ( on Board) unter Winnt40 mit SPack6a.

Bei dem Rechner handelt es sich um einen AMD Athlon XP 1800+ mit dem Board MSI K7T Turbo 2 mit einem VIA VT82 C Chipsatz.

Soundtreiber läßt sich nicht installieren und in der Ereignisanzeige tritt nachfolgend aufgeführter Fehler auf.

"Die Beschreibung der Ereignis-ID ( 0 ) in Quelle ( ProtectedStorage ) konnte nicht gefunden werden. Sie enthält folgende Einfügezeichenkette(n):ProtectedStorage error: 1055, Install Service Start failed."

Alles klar, neuer Treiber und alles funzt!
