Hi Leute,

ich habe folgendes Problem :

Ich will auf meinem Rechner (WinNT $.0 mit SP 6a und Security Rollup etc) den Enterprise Manager vom SQL Server2000 installieren (Also nur die Clienttools).

Leider gibt es bei der Installation der MDAC Probleme ("Fehler bei der Installation des Microsoft Data Acces Component Packets (-1)").

Habe bei mir auch schon den MDAC 2.5 SP" Installiert und versucht den 2.6 oder den 2.7 einzeln zu installieren doch bekomme ich da nur die Meldung das das Setup abgebrochen wurde .......

Das komische ist das es bei nem Kollegen ohne Probleme geklappt hat und er auch NT mit SP 6a und so hat, bei anderen aber der gleiche Fehler wie bei mir auftritt.

P.S.: Habe auch in der deutschen und englischen Knowledge Base von MS nichts dazu gefunden .......
