Hallo ich muss von meiner Linux Kiste irgendwie auf ne NT- Access Datenbank

zugreifen (kann auch nichts dafür). Da wollte ich dann einfach das Modul

DBD::ODBC installieren, aber Puste Kuchen, der will nicht, gibt mir

folgende Fehlermeldungen:

The DBD::ODBC module needs to link with an ODBC 'Driver Manager'.

(The Driver Manager, in turn, needs one or more database specific ODBC

drivers.

The DBD::ODBC module does not include any ODBC drivers!)

You need to indicate where your ODBC Driver Manager is installed.

You can do this ether by setting the ODBCHOME environment variable

or by runing 'perl Makefile.PL -o odbcdir'.

If you do not have an ODBC Driver Manager you can try building

the free iODBC Driver Manager in the iodbcsrc directory.

Makefile.PL aborted.

Weiss da jemand Rat oder einen anderen weg, wie ich auf die Datenbank

zugreiffen sollte.

Danke erstmal. Den Treiber hat meine Kiste anscheinend akzeptiert. Aber das modul mag er ganz und gar nicht: DBD:ODBC oder kann ich etwa anders noch auf die Datenbank zugreifffen? Wenn ja wie???

That's odd, I can't see any iodbc libs in /home/user/B.Bowinkelmann/downloads/libiodbc-3.0.5/lib at Makefile.PL line 169.

Ich nehme mal an, das du den Treiber bereits installiert hast.

./configure

make

make install

Wenn ja, starte einfach das Makefile ohne Angabe des Pfades.

Mit absoluter Sicherheit liegen die Libaries nicht in

/home/user/B.Bowinkelmann/downloads/libiodbc-3.0.5/
