linux 8.0 ohne yast1(verändern der Konfigurationsdatei)?

Hallo

ich habe auf meinen PC Linux 8.0 installiert und habe feststellen müssen das sich dort kein yast1 mehr befindet.

Meine Frage dahin gehend,wo kann ich die Variabeln der konfigurationsdatei bei Linux8.0 veändern?

zum beispiel die datei "START_SMB" auf yes setzen!

Bei Suse 8.0 gibt es nicht mehr die rc.conf...

Das heisst es gibt auch keine Einträge mehr mit START_SMB = Yes in der besagten Datei..

Bei Suse 8.0 ist jetzt unter Yast2 ein Runlevel Editor dabei.

Damit musst du das machen.

Es gibt auch noch die Dateien in dem die einzelenen "Startprozesse" drin stehen, aber bis du die vestanden hast ist es wohl sinnvoller den Runlevel Editor zu benutzen.
