Hallo Slayer,

ein servergespeichertes Profil hat den Vorteil, dass es dem Anwender an jedem Computer der Domäne zur Verfügung steht.

Man unterscheidet "roaming", also Profile, die vom Anwender beeinflusst werden können und "mandatory", also verbindliche Profile, die vom Administrator vorkonfiguriert sind und vom Anwender nicht verändert werden können.

Nachteil: mehr Traffic im Netz, weil die Profile quasi down- und wieder upgeloadet werden müssen
