Wie kriege ich es in C# hin, dass man in einer TextBox nur

Zahlen und Kommas eingeben kann?

Du könntest in einem Ereignis nach jedem Tastendruck den ASCII-Wert der gedrückten Taste abfragen. Liegt dieser auserhalb des Bereiches für die zugelassenen Zeichen passiert nix, ansonsten wird das Zeichen an den string der im Textfeld steht angehängt.
