Ist es möglich das wenn ich vier links habe, dass jeder link eine eigenständige farbe hat? Und diese dann auch jeder eine eigenständige farbe beim mouseover hat? wenn es nicht in css funktionier, ist es möglich dies dann mit java zu tun?

Ja, ist mit CSS problemlos moeglich.

Entweder ueber verschiedene Class-Definitionen in einer externen CSS-Datei oder im Head oder direkt ueber das style attribut des Tags.
