tc qdisc add dev eth2 root handle 1:0 cbq bandwidth 100MBit avpkt 1000 mpu 64

Und als Fehler bekomme ich

RTNETLINK answers: Das Argument ist ungültig

Will nämlich jedem User im Netz bzw jedem Dienst eine begrenzte Bandbreite zuordnen.
