Hallo, wer kann mir helfen .

Wie erstelle ich einen Prozessablaufplan und ein Arbeitsablaufdiagramm ?

gibt es eine web Seite wo dies erklärt ist,

und mit welchem Programm macht man es am besten.

DAS Programm dafür ist ARIS von Prof. Scheer unter http://www.ids-scheer.de/

Allerdings kostet das Geld - und zwar so richtig.

Die Seiten lohnen sich aber von wegen informativ.

Zeichnen kann man dann mit Visio oder Flowcharter (haben die meisten Firmen), es geht auch mit der Zeichenfunktion von Word bzw. Powerpoint (für erste "Probe"entwürfe).

Ganz am Anfang empfehle ich eine Whiteboard (wegen dem Wischen) bzw. Papier (DIN A3) und Bleistift.
