Also ich will Daten aus einer .txt datei einlesen, und danach geordnet in Tabellenform in einer txt datei wieder ausgeben!?

Wenn du dein Problem näher beschreiben könntest, dann könnte dir vielleicht auch geholfen werden. Was sind das für Daten? Sind sie durch besondere Zeichen getrennt?

du meinst zeilenweise?

das geht am einfachsten mit ReadLine über FileSystemObject.
