Problem mit zwei Exchange Servern in 2 Domänen

so ich hab folgendes Problem

nach dem das mit der Win2k Domäne gescheit läuft....will ich jetzt noch den Exchange Server einrichten, also der läuft ohne probleme, nur es ist so, das wir hier im Netzwerk ja 2 Domänen haben und jetzt auch 2 Exchange Server.

Also NT4 Domäne hat Exchange 5.5

und die neue

Win2k Domäne hat Exchange 2000

Wie bekomme ich das jetzt hin das ich von der Win2k Domäne ne Email an die User in der NT4 Domäne schreibe. oder andersrum. Hat da jemand von euch ne Lösung oder weiss ne gescheite Doku dafür?
