Hallo Leute !

Hab da ein Problem mit einem WinME Rechner und Office2000.

Ein Kunde hat privat ein Gerät, wo er auf WinME Office2000 nutzt. Vor ein paar Tagen ist das Word2000 abgestürzt und lässt sich seitdem nicht mehr starten. Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung: "kernel32.dll hat Fehler verursacht".

Eine Neuinstallation vom kompletten Office2000 hat er schon gemacht, aber es geht trotzdem nicht. Der gleiche Fehler tritt wieder auf.

Das komische ist allerdings, dass alle anderen Office-Anwendungen, also Excel und Co., noch fehlerfrei funktionieren. Nur das Word2000 lässt sich nicht mehr starten.

Hat da jemand eine Idee ?

Probier mal "sfc" in der Eingabeaufforderung. Damit werden die Systemdateien überprüft und evtl. durch originale ersetzt.

(Bei WinME sollte das funktionieren AFAIK)
