Wie kann ich es unter Linux machen, dass noch 2 andere User auf ein Verzeichnis

(und die darin enthaltenen Dateien) von mir vollen Zugriff bekommen?

Die User der Gruppe der diese Datei/Verzeichnis gehört hinzufügen und der Gruppe alle Rechte geben.
