wer hat einen Tip für mich oder kann mir weiterhelfen?? BITTE!!

Ich strebe zuhause im Moment ein kleines Projekt an. Ich möchte einen Paketfilter mit dem Betriebsystem GNU Linux/Debian Version 2.2.4 erstellen. Allerdings hatte ich bisher noch keine allzu grossen Erfahrungen mit dem OS. Wer kann mir sagen was die ersten Schritte sind bzw. wie man loslegt??

Hi,

je nach Kernelversion kannst Du Netfilter (iptables) bzw. ipchains verwenden um einen Paketfilter zu konfigurieren. Netfilter ist ausschliesslich für die Kernel Serie ab 2.4. IPChains funktioniert mit 2.2 und 2.4, wobei Netfilter empfehlenswerter ist. Dokumentation zu diesem Thema gibt es massenhaft.
