Weiß jemand zufällig, wie ich unter VB feststellen kann, ob ein bestimmter Dienst läuft?

Es geht mir darum, dass ich eine bestimmte Anwendung erst starten will, wenn ich sicher bin, dass ein bestimmter Dienst läuft. Ansonsten würden sowohl Anwendung als auch Dienst "vor die Pumpe laufen." Deshalb will ich ein kleines Programm schreiben, dass diese Vorgänge kontrolliert.
