ich habe eine site mit 2 frames

und nu befinde ich mich im rechten frame mit meiner programierung und wollte aber das eine funktion im linken frame ausgeführt wird...(ohne das ich ein link dazu anklicke)

Vorschläge?!

danke für den vorschlag aber das habe ich schon versucht...

das problem dabei ist das ich frames habe und bei diesem meta befehl kein target=_top anbauen kann um den frame zu sprengen..
