Hi Leutz.

Weiß jemand wo ich eine Vorlage zu einer Kundendokumentation finde. Irgendwas normgerechtes wenn es so was gibt. Oder Kundendokus die bei der IHK sehr gut abgeschnitten haben.

braucht man die Doku unbedingt ? Dachte die ist das gleiche wie das Installationsprotokoll.

Hab eigentlich noch nie eine zusätrzliche Doku gesehen ...

Wer weis Rat ? :confused:
