Wie kann ich beim automatischen Start eines Programms beim booten von XP Home den Start um ca. 30-60 Sekunden verzögern?

Das Programm ist nicht im autostart. Es startet automatisch beim Systemstart, allerdings bevor sich die nötigen Gerätetreiber geladen haben.

im programm die autostartfunktion abschalten, ein vbs-skript mit sleepfunktion und run-methode im autostartordner kann den rest :D

Sorry wenn ich dumm frage, aber könntest du mir das genauer erklären?
