das Notebook fährt nicht herunter..

Ich habe ein folgendes Problem:

Das Notebook schaltet nach dem Herunterfahren nicht ab. Er bleibt beim schwarzen Bildschirm und einem blinkenden Cursor stehen.

Wenn ich auf "Neu starten" gehe - passiert das gleiche. Der Rechner kann erst durch "Reset" ausgeschaltet werden.

Wer kennt das Problem?

(Modell: HP OmniBook 900)

welches betriebssystem?

acpi-unterstützung aktiviert?

entweder im bios

oder kannst mal im windows schauen ..

unter: "system" -> "gerätemanager" -> "computer" muss der eintrag "ACPI-PC" sein

ich glaube ich habe den Fehler gefunden. Das Notebook wurde vom Netz im laufenden Zustand entfernt, so dass er beim Abmelden eine Meldung angezeigt hatte, irgendwas mit:

"Connection Tray" "sofort beenden". Wo ich auf "sofort beenden" gegangen bin, ist er wieder normal neu gestartet. Ich denke es ist auf jeden Fall der Fehler.
