warum kann man keine Broadcasts-Ping unter Windows ausführen?????

kann mir das evtl jemand sagen?

Ich gehe davon aus das Microsoft verhindern wollte das irgendwelche DAUs mit einem "voll krassen Hacker Trick" ganze LANs plattmachen....
