Hallo!

Vor längerer Zeit habe ich irgendwo mal gelesen, daß auf Mainboards meistens nicht alle PCI-Slots Busmaster-fähig sind. Wie sieht das denn bei den aktuellen Boards aus? Wenn nicht alle Slots Busmastern, wie bekomme ich denn dann raus, welche das tun?

Bei den aktuellen Boards (seit dem VIA KT266A bzw. den entsprechenden Pendants bei Intel, SiS und wie sie alle heißen) sind alle PCI-Slots busmasterfähig.

Bei älteren Boards sollte entweder im Handbuch oder auf der Website des Herstellers in den FAQ stehen, welcher PCI-Slot busmasterfähig ist und welcher nicht.
