Hallo Leute,

kann mir jemand ein Buch zum Thema "Qualitätssicherung/-managment in der Softwareentwicklung" empfehlen?

Ich möchte mir Fachwissen aneigenen, weil ich mich um die Zertifizierung unserer Standardsoftware nach ISO-9000 kümmern will. Dieses Thema wird leider von meinen Kollegen nicht so ernst genommen ... dabei ist diese Zertifizierung Vertragsbestandteil eines unserer Grossprojekte ... das bald beendet ist |o:

Über Tipps würde ich mich sehr freuen.
