Suche ein Programm das WAV-Dateien in AMR-Codierte Files umwandeln kann. Der AMR-Converter (Version 1.2) funktioniert hier auch einigermaßen gut, aber nur unter gewissen Umständen.

Ich möchte gerne Dateien in das AMR-WB (WideBand) Format umwndeln um eine höhere Qualität zu erreichen (anstatt 12kbps 23,85kbps bei 16kHz Samplingrate statt nur 8!)

Kennt jemand ein solches Programm?
