Sorry im access nur erstellen im excel aufzeichen!

Frag ich mal so an: Mit was müßte ich programmieren um folgendes tool zu erstellen?

gegeben: 2rechhner mit crossoverkabel verbunden, beide betriebssystem win2000

erstellt werden soll: sobald die verbindung im lan zueinander steht soll server (jana proxyx server) neu gestartet werden.
