in einer Prüfungsaufgabe wurde mal gefragt wie schnell die GSM-Verbindung über Handy ist??

im IT-Handbuch 1. Auflage steht auf der Seite 204 das die Übertragungsrate in kbit/s 270,833 beträgt!!

Könnt mir das eine erklären??

Hallo,

Diese Angabe bezieht sich auf die Gesamtbandbreite innerhalb eines Kanals. GSM verwendet zwei Bänder a 25 MHz die in 125 Kanäle aufgeteilt werden. Pro Kanal stehen besagte 270 KBit/s zur Verfügung, die sich auf 8 Nutzer aufteilen (daraus ergeben sich dann beispielsweise auch die Bandbreiten für GPRS).
