Hallo, ich habe gelesen, dass früher der l2-cache von Prozessoren auf dem Motherboard war. Dann hab ich in einem neueren Buch (von 2002) gelesen, dass der l2-cache immer noch auf dem Motherboard ist.

Ich dachte aber, dass heute alle caches in der CPU integriert sind? Stimmt das etwa nicht? :confused:
