hallo,

wie kann ich unter linux auf die jukebox zen (über ein firewire kabel) mp3s kopieren?

eventuell auch andere dateien?

muss ich die jukebox mounten wie eine hd

wenn ja als ide oder scsi?

Wenn ich das richtig verstehe willst du über firewire kopieren... Guck erstmal ob die Module für Firewire (ieee1394) übersetzt wurden bei der Installation bzw. direkt in den Kernel geladen wurden. Versuch dann mal das Gerät als /dev/sda# zu mounten. Zum beispiel

mount -t vfat /dev/sda0

Das FS vfat muss dann auch im Kernel sein bzw. als Modul :-)
