Hallo Zusammen,

mich beschäftigt derzeit folgendes Problem...

Situation: WinNT4 SP6 mit Outlook 2k (im Hintergrund arbeitet ein Exchange 5.5 Server)

Folgendes: Ich als User habe z.B. zwei Postfächer geöffnet (P1 und Service).

Jetzt nehmen wir mal folgendes an: Stellvertreterrechte sind vergeben und jetzt möchte ich bei Bedarf auswählen können, ob als Absender P1 (z.B. wenn ich als "normaler" Mitarbeiter was verschicke) oder "Service" beim Empfänger erscheint.

Es geht einfach darum, dass jemand an einer Hotline arbeitet und entweder als Supporter nach außen auftritt, oder unter seiner persönlichen Mailadresse...

Ist das überhaupt möglich?
