Servus zusammen!

Ich habe folgende Frage: Am 31.6 diesen Jahres ist meine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker beendet, ob ich übernommen werde wird sich noch entscheiden. Momentan habe ich noch 10 Urlaubstage. Angenommen ich nehme diesen Urlaub nicht mehr in der Ausbildung und werde nicht übernommen, was passiert dann damit, verfällt er einfach oder wird er mir ausbezahlt bzw. wie sind Eure Erfahrungen mit Resturlaub, wird er Eurem neuen Festangestelltenurlaub dazugerechnet?
